  1. Orders and Refunds: Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed (i.e. after 26 June 2023), we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to maintain the efficiency of our operations.

  2. Cancellation: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, we can only accommodate order cancellations if the request is made before the qurban order closes on 26 June 2023. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled, and the no-refund policy applies.

Kindly understand that payment gateway charges applies to the initial purchase. While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to refund a small percentage of the payment to cover these charges.
